It is an exciting opportunity for professionals to join their growing team as Organization Transformation Director (Consulting & BD role).

Job Description:

• Manage competing agendas / priorities on multiple client engagements to address the human factors affecting their organization’s ability to reach its transformation objectives
• Engage with key stakeholders to develop and execute on current human capital analytics commitments by delivering high quality analysis of data as specified in a timely manner
• Adopt a global approach to networking, building eminence and assembling teams to best serve clients
• Explore existing human capital data to derive new or deeper insights which contribute to better decision making, and identify opportunities for improvements in reporting and analysis
• Advise the client to make decisions that positively impact return on investment; provides subject matter expertise on sector trends and leading practices
• Sell potential and current clients on the organization’s services and negotiate profitable transactions for the Firm

Requirements:

• Bachelor or above degree holder in human resource management, psychology, statistics or related disciplines, preferably MBA
• Minimum 8-year experience in consulting, preferably in sizable consulting company or with HR experience in corporation
• In-depth understanding of all-round HR areas, including organization design, executive compensation, short-term incentive, performance management, HR process, change management, HR technology solutions etc.
• Excellent project management and interpersonal skills
• Excellent leadership and business development skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese, including both technical and business writing, good documentation and presentation skills
• Acceptance to business travel
