About our client:

Our client is a global leading consulting firm looking for a Senior HR Consultant (IO/ Occupational Psychology) to join their growing consulting team.

Responsibilities:

  • Designing and delivering talent and assessment solutions or related training courses, applying knowledge from organisational psychology or HR consulting
  • Providing service and support for clients and continuous development of accounts
  • Working independently on own project tasks which are predominantly client-facing but under the supervision of a manager
  • Making a contribution to business development through exploiting your own network, existing client relationships, new leads and supporting broader marketing activity
  • Providing input to sales and marketing as required

Requirements:

  • Degree in Occupational Psychology (or in a related subject at an equivalent level)
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in talent assessment, people development or accreditation training, preferably working towards Chartered Psychologist and/or Registered Occupational Psychologist status
  • Track record in the design and delivery of best practice assessment services
  • Ideally working knowledge of SPSS or other statistical software packages
  • Strong Microsoft skills; Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience of preparing or contributing to proposals and selling consultancy projects and
