Leasing Assistant

As a Leasing Assistant, you will be part of the Leasing Team responsible for handling customer inquiries in person and through social media channels, including WeChat, WhatsApp, and the website.

You will also be responsible for managing administrative work and assisting other operating teams when help is needed. In addition, you will support strategies to gain advantages over competitors and help to achieve the business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries in person and through social media channels, including WeChat, WhatsApp, and our website.
• Manage administrative work, including lease agreements, rent payments, and other related documents.
• Assist other operating teams when help is needed.
• Support strategies to gain advantages over competitors.
• Work closely with leasing team members to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Tertiary educated or above.
• Ideally minimum one year working experience.
• Good with numbers, logical and analytical.
• Keen learner, team player, go-getter, quick thinker, highly adaptive.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Social Media, PowerPoint/Keynote.
