About our client:

Our client is a renowned fashion retail group in Hong Kong.

They are seeking for an experienced person to head and manage a human resources and administration team.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Human Resources and Management team's day-to-day activities.
  • Responsible for developing and implementing an outstanding HR service for the company, as well as general office administration tasks such as greeting, facilities management, vendor management, buying, and so on.
  • Create and implement the people strategy, oversee employee relations issues, and direct and support all people-related business initiatives, including performance management, hiring, screening, and reward programs.
  • Provide guidance and support to line managers to ensure that a solid and practical people management strategy is used on a daily basis.
  • Prepare an administration budget and projection for evaluation by management.
  • Create and execute administration and human resources policies and processes.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or any related discipline
  • Minimum 10 years of applicable work experience, including at least four years in a leadership and managerial role, ideally in the retail industry.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to handle numerous objectives while meeting schedules.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Hong Kong and Macao Work Ordinances
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good command of written and spoken in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
