About our client:
Our client is a well-established property developer company looking for an experienced Assistant Human Resources Manager to join their HRBP team.

The incumbent plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operation of the team and provide advice and support to managers and employees of wide range of HR related issuesResponsibilities will include:

  • Work with business units as their business partner to manage HR initiatives and issues and to carry out other duties as assigned; provide advice and assistance to managers on people related issues including performance management, disciplinary & terminations, etc.
  • Support the execution of HR programmes, policies and initiatives, such as staff recognition programmes/awards, employee engagement, job titling, wellness, etc.
  • Support day-to-day headcount management activity and the annual headcount establishment process
  • Act as a subject matter expert on HR related policies and practices; respond to staff queries in relation to HR policies and procedures
  • Ensure that the work injury management process is effective and efficient and to work with relevant parties including the work injury management service provider, Labour Department, insurer to manage the case and to show care and support to employees to facilitate early return to work
  • Prepare regular and ad hoc reports

Together with creativity, integrity and passion, our ideal staff should be / have:

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines.
  • Minimum 5 years experience as HR generalist and/or HR advisory, business partnering experience.
  • Well-versed with HK Labour Ordinance and possess a strong understanding of legislations related to employment.
  • Open to change with an innovative and digital mindset.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong spoken and written communication skills.
  • Good Computer skills including MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, as well as Chinese Word Processing.
