About our client:

Our client has the largest digital asset exchange in the world and they are looking for an executive project Assistant. It is an exciting opportunity for candidate who is looking for relocation.

They are looking for a disciplined and organized person to manage important initiatives and meetings, and ensure the vision and plans are understood and carried out.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that the team understands the vision and business priorities; facilitate business decision making, strategic planning, leadership meetings, and broader communications.
  • Manage and monitor projects and initiatives
  • Set up meetings and manage executives' calendars
  • Organize & host internal meetings and take notes of the discussions
  • Track the team's progress on projects and strategic team meetings, as well as oversee stakeholder reporting
  • Prepare memos and communications materials for internal and external audiences.
  • Support on other ad hoc and administrative tasks

Requirement:

  • Bachelor degree of any related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years as an executive assistant, project manager, consultant, or relevant experience
  • Open to extensive travel / Relocation
  • Strong organizational and project & program management capabilities
  • Ability to communicate and influence senior stakeholders and team members based around the world
  • Good command in spoken and written English and Mandarin is a must.
