Job Responsibilities:

The job incumbent will be accountable for the APAC IT Operation. The job scope including, but not limited to:

IT Operation

  • Maintain and optimize local company networks and servers.
  • Oversee data backup and system security operations such as user authorization, firewalls, etc.
  • Manage installations, upgrades and configurations of hardware and software.
  • Ensure data is handled, transferred or processed according to legal and company guidelines.
  • Prepare budget and control the cost regarding IT systems.
  • Provide technology support for corporate conferencing and ensure the readiness of meeting room resources.

Service Management

  • Manage contracts with vendors (e.g. development platforms, telecommunication companies, password managers) and software licenses.
  • Monitor and manage desktop support, IT/IS services desk.
  • Take ownership of critical incidents, coordinating with resolution parties, and establishing effective communication between stakeholders for post-incident reviews.
  • Ensure systems, procedures, and methodologies are in place to support outstanding service delivery.

Performance and Quality Management

  • Prepare regular performance report in monitoring of service delivery.
  • Build robust relationships with teams and stakeholders to enable effective dialogue exchange between departments.

Technical Perception

  • Supervise desktop management teams to facilitate continual improvements in the desktop environment.
  • Collaborate with technical design teams to set standards for software, hardware, and security.

Job Requirements

  • University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline
  • Holder of ITIL certification is a definite advantage
  • 5 years in managing an IT service delivery function under diverse and multinational working environment.
  • Good understanding of AX 2012 or Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. Knowledge in LS-retail is a plus.
  • Demonstrable and recent experience in service operations/managing an external service provider.
  • Independent, strong communication, service deliver and relationship management skills
  • Fluent English and Mandarin, both written and spoken
  • Immediate available is preferred
