Job Description:
Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant L&D Manager specializing in Talent Management and Employee Engagement to join our team. 

In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and implementing talent management strategies and initiatives to attract, develop, and retain top talent within the organization. You will also be responsible for designing and executing employee engagement programs to enhance employee satisfaction and productivity.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the HR and L&D team to create and implement talent management strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Develop and execute employee engagement programs to foster a positive work culture and enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct talent assessments, identify skill gaps, and develop targeted training and development plans for employees.
  • Design and deliver training programs focused on leadership development, performance management, and career growth.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication channels to facilitate employee feedback, suggestions, and recognition programs.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of talent management and employee engagement initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent management and employee engagement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent management, employee engagement, or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of talent management strategies, employee engagement practices, and learning and development principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive talent management decisions.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
