About the client:
Our client is a luxury department store with over 800 desired worldwide brands and market-leading services.
They are searching for someone who is analytical and detail-oriented to assist in the development of employee reward programs and initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head of Reward in establishing reward programs and initiatives for Hong Kong and China employees
- Plan and carry out yearly pay planning cycles, which include salary reviews, bonus planning, benefit reviews, and market benchmarking
- Participate in significant initiatives including the examination and improvement of bonus and incentive schemes, job grading, and wage structures
- Work with internal HR departments, Finance, and HR data analytics for management reviews to manage employee cost budgets and forecasts
- Work with the HRIS Manager to build and improve the day-to-day administration of SAP Success Factor to maintain data integrity and correctness
- Consult with outside vendors and experts as necessary for survey report preparation, insurance renewal, and income tax planning
Requirement:
- Degree in statistics, HR, or any related discipline
- minimum 8 years experience in reward management in a fast-moving working environment.
- Experience in retail, fashion, and the luxury industry is a plus.
- Good working knowledge of HRIS system such as SAP Success Factor
- Good experience and knowledge in conducting market analysis, sales commission, bonus plan, and benefits reviews is preferred.
