Logistics Specialist

About the Client:

Our client is a top-selling phone case brand and a global technology leader committed to innovation and growth.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor logistics service provider performance and validate invoices, metrics, and KPIs
• Develop and present relevant logistics metrics
• Serve as the key point of contact for global logistics improvement projects
• Analyze logistics processes and recommend adjustments for operational efficiency
• Work with Sales & Operations to understand customer shipping requirements and coordinate with 3PL
• Collaborate with Logistics Manager and Finance on freight and 3PL budget and invoicing activities
• Work with Global Trade Compliance team on import, export, duty, and VAT matters
• Maintain database and identify opportunities for inventory reduction
• Other duties as required

Requirements:

• Associate Degree or above
• Minimum 4 years of work experience in Logistics Management
• Strong communication skills
• Fluent in English and Chinese, proficiency in other Asian languages is an advantage
• Experience with ERP/CRM system
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
