About our client:

Our client is a fast growing Chinese Conglomerate group with multiple lines of business and they are seeking a high calibre candidate to build and lead a marketing team to support business growth.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market analysis on the business environment with a view to establish the strategic mission and goals for the Group.
• Develop and execute business strategies, plans and campaigns to accelerate business expansion for the Group
• Build the brand through developing sustainable brand values for the Group
• Collaborate with different business units to develop sales target and strategies to achieve the target
• Report to top management and build a world class strategic marketing team

Requirements

• Degree holder of Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 12 years of experience in sizable organizations and/or conglomerates
• Experience in sales and marketing management is essential
• Management Consultant experience is preferred
• Strategic mindset with strong presentation and communication skills
• Chinese Resume is needed
• Fluent Cantonese & Mandarin
