About our client:

Our client is a well-established property developer company looking for an experienced Senior Human Resources Manager to join their HRBP team. The role will be leading a team of 2.

Job Description

• Responsible for all-round HR duties including resources planning, talent acquisition, performance management and employee engagement
• Devise recruitment and selection plan to identify qualified employees
• Act as HR Business Partner to provide professional advice and support to line management
• Gather market intelligence in compensation & benefits as well as best HR practices
• Plan and execute HR initiatives on employee wellness, and leverage social media on employer brand communication.

Requirement

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or related field
• Minimum with 10 years of HR generalist experience
• Good command of written in English, fluent in Cantonese and Putonghua
• Knowledge of best HR practices, well versed in employment related ordinances
