Job Description
- Responsible for all-round HR duties including resources planning, talent acquisition, performance management and employee engagement
- Devise recruitment and selection plan to identify qualified employees
- Act as HR Business Partner to provide professional advice and support to line management
- Gather market intelligence in compensation & benefits as well as best HR practices
- Plan and execute HR initiatives on employee wellness, and leverage social media on employer brand communication.
Requirement
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- Minimum with 10 years of HR generalist experience
- Good command of written in English, fluent in Cantonese and Putonghua
- Knowledge of best HR practices, well versed in employment related ordinances
