About the Client:
Our client is a prominent operator and investor in the region's electrical market. Its portfolio includes retail operations, distribution and transmission assets, and more than 60 generating assets for gas, coal, nuclear, and renewable energy.
They are looking for an individual that has strong management and communication skills that will provide direction and insights on talent acquisition.
Responsibilities:
- Provide input on talent acquisition, career and succession management, and overall employee experience to cross-functional needs.
- Examine current procedures and pain points to articulate and lead the system's capabilities.
- Collaborate closely with the Organization Development & Talent Team Leads and functional stream leads to promote vision, stimulate process design change, seek process design decisions, and deliver the to-be processes.
- Keep up with the most recent developments in talent acquisition, learning, career development, and succession planning. Offer insights and thought leadership. Make suggestions in accordance with organizational needs.
- Stay up to date on the latest trends in personnel acquisition, learning, career development, and succession planning and Provide thought leadership and insights to make proposals based on the requirements of the company.
- Provide technical effectiveness measurements, standards, and methods for staff acquisition, learning, career, and succession management.
- Review and provide feedback to the project team on the usability and user experience in order to deliver the necessary business project results.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years professional knowledge in Recruiting and Talent Journey
- Degree in Business Administration, Training, HR, Psychology, Information Technology or any related disciplines
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Strong change management and communication skills, as well as interpersonal and persuading abilities
- Strong professional track records or extensive domain expertise in talent acquisition, talent management, succession planning, and career management are essential.
