About our client:
Our client is a prominent retail brand that is recognized as a leader in the industry.
They are currently seeking a Recruiter to join their expanding HR team.
This is a newly created position due to their continuous growth.
As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment
process. Working closely with senior management and hiring managers, you
will identify their manpower needs and devise effective recruitment
strategies. Key responsibilities include:
Job Description
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process;
- Ensure a structured annual approach to external talent acquisition event management;
- Drive an efficient operation, hitting time-to-fill and candidate quality targets;
- Review and leverage the employer branding by introducing creative initiatives, review recruitment procedures & policy and ensure an amazing hiring journey for candidates;
- Responsible for identifying and developing creative initiatives to strengthen staff engagement Lead and coach a team of talent acquisition specialists;
- Assist in office administrative tasks and participate in any ad-hoc projects as assignment;
Requirement
- Degree holder in Human Resource Management or related discipline
- Minimum one year of relevant work experience is required, although
fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
- Solid experiences in Recruitment and Talent Management
- Possess of excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Strong sense of responsibilities and able to meet deadlines and multi-tasks
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
