About our client:

Our client is a renowned construction company in Hong Kong. They are looking for a Business Project & Strategy Manager (process enhancement & effectively control) to join their growing team.

Job Description:

  • Lead and participate in various control projects, internal integrated operation system and process enhancement to ensure the effective controls assurance
  • Working closely with internal and external parties to manage the projects to ensure they are run smoothly, safely and in a cost-effective manner
  • With his/her professional knowledge, skills, and experience, working closely with the senior management to review, enhance the Section’s operations and procedures for higher efficiency and business growth
  • Be able to liaise with other department for effective communications
  • Review the operation of the department to enable continual enhancement and development
  • Manage and develop the team, so that not only the company goal, but also the personal growth can be achieved

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or related field
  • 8 years of relevant work experience in Construction industry
  • Good written and spoken English and Chinese, including fluent Mandarin
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Take initiative, strong leadership skills with a positive mind-set and a can-do attitude.
