The role will be supporting 60% in Personal and 40% in Business. The role needs to support 1 executive ONLY.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide pro-active, timely, and effective business and personal diary management, including but not limited to managing the phone book, calendar, scheduling of meetings, travels, and appointments.
  • Manage Handle personal and household matters
  • Handle and maintain confidential information and document management

Job Requirements:

  • At least 5 years relevant experience
  • Experienced in serving senior executives
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
  • Familiar with MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Excellent interpersonal, coordination and organization skills
  • Cheerful, strong sense of responsibility, team player and well organized
