About our client:

Our client is a well-established and world leading telecommunication company with a global presence. They are looking a Head of Sales Planning to join their Sales team.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Developing cost effective incentive / commission schemes to motivate and improve sales performance of each channel
  • Strengthening performance monitoring system to measure sales performance and report to management team with in-depth analysis.
  • Supporting sales teams to devise and improve various sales tactical programs
  • Establishing an effective business forecasting and budgeting model to facilitate management decisions
  • Leading the Sales Support team to ensure smooth sales operation and provide due support to frontline sales

Requirements:

  • Degree in business administration, accounting and finance, business analytics or related disciplines
  • Over 8 years of experience in sales planning, sales performance management or business analytics, telecom industry preferred
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Good communications skills with business acumen
  • Knowledge in Excel and any database analysis software
  • Good command in both Chinese and English
