About our client:

Our client is a well-established and world leading telecommunication company with a global presence. They are looking a Head of Direct Sales to join their Sales team.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Formulating effective sales strategy and action plans to lead the direct sales team to meet the agreed sales target
  • Tracking sales performance on a daily basis to ensure timely feedback to sales teams and swift adjustment of action plans
  • Researching and analysing markets to gain insights on latest trends, customer needs, competitors reaction to update sales strategy
  • Developing and motivating sales representatives to set goals, revenue targets, and KPI through effective training and coaching
  • Meeting with sales managers to assess the sales team's performance and monitoring the performance management of underperforming staff members
  • Devising and implementing new business initiatives and sales strategies and monitoring their effectiveness
  • Presenting weekly and monthly sales results to the senior management team

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing / Business Administration or related disciplines,
  • At least 8 years management experience in sales operations
  • Strong leadership with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Sales driven, strategic and result-oriented
  • Innovative with excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Proficient in both English and Cantonese, Mandarin would be an added advantage
  • Good knowledge of MS Office application
