About our client:

Our client is a global communications company looking for an experienced Assistant HR Manager/ Senior HR Officer to join their growing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional HR account services to designated Business Units / Corporate Units, including recruitment, staff retention, salary benchmarking, disciplinary and performance management.
  • Involve in HR projects, assist in policies or procedures review and implementation of HR initiatives
  • Prepare various analysis and reports for management review
  • Comply with internal policies and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, anticipating legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, advising management on needed actions
  • Serve as the point of contact for employee relations and communicate with different parties of interest
  • Closely work with the business partners to provide professional HR service
  • Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience preferred from sizable company
  • High attention to details, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong knowledge in employment ordinance and regulations
  • Good command of written in English, fluent in Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Regional experience is a plus
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant HR Manager
