About the job Sales Operation Officer

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Engaging in various cross team projects and initiatives related to launching new products, operational efficiency improvements, process re-engineering
  • Responsible for all aspects of business analysis, including scoping documents, assessing business requirements, functional testing (as required) and project support
  • Interact with key stakeholders within the team, and influence as necessary
  • Ensuring all project documentation and sign-offs are maintained
  • Be prepared to recommend impact option analysis to resolve issues, risks, dependencies and change requests
  • Assisting to develop adequate project governance

Job Requirements:

  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Degree in Business, Finance, Accountancy or similar disciplines
  • Minimum 1 - 2 years of financial analysis experience
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
  • Ability to work independently and support business needs in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Advanced knowledge in Excel preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Power Point
  • Strong problem-solving skill
  • Strong interpersonal skill and collaborative attitude with good presentation skill
