Screening Questions:

  • Oversea university graduated/ Completed bachelor from Ateneo or De La Salle university
  • Speaks excellent English, with exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of at least 3 years in sales, business development, or recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement a strategic go-to-market plan to attract and enroll prospective students from the Philippines interested in pursuing the MBA program.
  • Represent the institution at various fairs, conferences, and events, and organize informative sessions and meet-and-greet events in targeted cities on a monthly basis.
  • Provide personalized guidance and support to prospective students, assisting them throughout the enrollment and admission process.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with prospective students, ensuring a smooth transition from initial contact to their successful enrollment in the program.
  • Establish and nurture partnerships with key associations, universities, and companies to enhance brand awareness and expand the institution's reach in the market.


Requirements:

  • Oversea university graduated/ Completed bachelor from Ateneo or De La Salle university, preferably in marketing or business.
  • Speaks excellent English, with exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of at least 3 years in sales, business development, or recruitment, ideally within a respected organization.
  • International exposure (either professional or personal) and a genuine passion for working in a diverse and multicultural environment are highly desirable.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining a strong commitment to delivering excellent service.
  • Willingness to work beyond regular office hours when necessary.
