About our client:

It is an exciting opportunity for an Executive Secretary to manage the schedule, travel arrangements, and day-to-day administrative tasks for an English-speaking CEO within the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO's calendar and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
  • Arrange complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, agendas; and compiling documents for travel-related meetings
  • Ensure a smooth communication between all departments
  • Co-ordinate events, meetings and business gatherings as assigned
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth functioning of the CEO's office
  • Prepare expense reports and handle other administrative tasks as required
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirement:

  • Bachelor degree holder in related discipline
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in secretarial and administrative work, with experience in supporting C-suite leadership in a large corporation
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Superior organization and time management skills, with the ability to manage projects and changing priorities
  • Attention to details, fast pace, strong communication and organizations skills are must
