Job Description:

We are looking for a Construction Project Manager to join our client's team.

As a construction consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on all aspects of construction, including design, planning, budgeting, and project management for store opening.

You will work closely with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure that construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the standards.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure that construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards
• Select and manage contractors and suppliers
• Review and approve construction plans, specifications, and budgets
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with standards and specifications
• Provide regular progress reports to senior management on project status, budget, and timelines
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may arise during construction projects
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, contractors, and suppliers

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in the retail or restaurant industry
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment
• Excellent project management, planning, and organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
