About our client:

Our client is one of the well known MNCs in its industry. They are seeking for a Senior HRIS Specialist (Workday) to support their workday project implementation.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides Workday system new initiatives, implementation, and maintenance, by working closely with internal departments and external vendors
  • Performing system testing on HR new system roll-out and new functionality roll-out for HRIS including regular system upgrade testing
  • Provides Workday subject matter functional expertise for day-to-day support and development including data uploads, testing and other troubleshooting support in a timely & accurate manner
  • Create and maintain documentation of reporting processes and training guides for end-users
  • Gathering requirements from users for system change requests
  • Maintain the Workday system operation manual to standardize the working procedures and processes
  • Performing other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Possess a recognised university degree in Human Resources, Information Technology or relevant disciplines
  • 3 years of HR operational experience with cloud based Human Resources system (Workday is a must)
  • Possess general knowledge and understanding of HR processes, procedures and policies
  • Well versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
