HRBP & TA Lead (Conglomerate)

About our client:

Our client is a conglomerate company with a global presence. To cope with their business expansion, they are currently looking for experienced HR Business Partner & Talent Acquisition Lead to drive the business growth.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Act as HR Business Partner to provide professional HR advice to the regional and global teams located in Hong Kong including but not limited to talent acquisition, resources planning, performance management, employee relations and salary benchmarking analysis
• Coordinate project planning and execution end-to-end – from research, proposal, stakeholder engagement, testing/pilot/training, policy and process adjustments, promotion etc. through to successful launch – in close collaboration with the relevant HR team members
• Handle employee relations and communications with relevant internal and external parties
• Lead new, improvement and/or governance initiatives for enhancing employee and manager experiences in Hong Kong overall
• Identify gaps to support business objectives, raise and participate in strategies implementation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines
• Minimum 7 years work experiences in a multi-national business environment
• Strong business partnering and Talent Acquisition skills and experiences with high ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels within a matrix business structure
• Strong business acumen skills, able to drive HR initiatives and working closely with senior management/stakeholders
• Good knowledge of employee relations and labor requirements for ensuring compliance and proper governance of people activities undertaken by self, team and stakeholders
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
