IT Service Manager

About our client:

Our client is a global leader in premium retailer looking for an experienced and professional IT Service Manager talent to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and optimize local company networks and servers

• Prepare budget and control the cost regarding IT systems

• Oversee data backup and system security operations

• Ensure data is handled, transferred or processed according to legal and company guidelines

• Manage contracts with different vendors and software licenses.

• Monitor IT services team to support and maintaining company IT infrastructure

• Owner of the Incident, Request and Escalation processes, ensuring high levels of performance in these processes, accurate reporting and establishing service improvement activities when required

• Ensure systems, procedures, and methodologies are in place to support outstanding service delivery.

• Lead desktop management teams to facilitate continual improvements in the desktop environment

• Prepare regular performance report in monitoring of service delivery.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and team members to build solutions that support business requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline
• Holder of ITIL certification is an advantage
• 5 years’ experience in managing an IT service delivery function under diverse and multinational working environment
• Good understanding of AX 2012 or Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. Knowledge in LS-retail is a plus
• Demonstrable and recent experience in service operations/managing an external service provider
• Independent, strong communication, service deliver and relationship management skills
• Fluent English and Mandarin, both written and spoken
• Immediate available is preferred
