Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, providing effective solutions to inquiries and concerns regarding life and general insurance for customers and agents.
  • Retain and enhance customer relationships by delivering exceptional service and addressing their needs.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties to support the customer engagement team.

Requirements:

  • Matriculated or above qualification.
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Possession of Paper I, II, III & V of IIQE and LOMA qualifications is highly regarded.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Chinese.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is a definite advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving and active listening abilities to effectively understand and address customer needs.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate records and follow processes efficiently.
