About the Client
Our client is a is a leading automotive group in Hong Kong and Macau.
Our client operates two flagship centres and additional 10+ outlets across the markets supporting the operations of passenger cars, commercial vehicles and specialised aftersales services.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with legal professionals to ensure all leasing contracts are compliant with relevant laws and regulations
- Manage the leasing process, conducting viewings, negotiating lease terms, and finalizing lease agreements
- Build and maintain relationships with tenants, addressing any issues or queries they may have, and ensuring their satisfaction with the leased property.
- Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to project administration and leasing
- Prepare regular reports on project progress and leasing activities for senior management review
- Stay up-to-date with the property market, including trends in rental rates and property values
Requirements
- Proven experience in overseeing and managing property development projects, working alongside lawyers and agents, from inception to completion.
- Strong coordination skills to effectively collaborate with project stakeholders, including architects, contractors, and property owners, ensuring timely project delivery.
- Ability to liaise with the company secretary on matters related to company setup, annual submission, change of company details, and closure of affiliated companies
- Up-to-date knowledge of the property market, including trends in rental rates and property values
