About the job CRM officer (Loyalty Program)
About the client:
Our client is an automotive retailer that has a significant presence in Hong Kong, Macao, and China and has been ranked high among the luxury car brand's top international performers.
They are looking for an individual that is results-driven, customer-focused and passionate about building and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing effective customer relationship management strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty.
- Monitoring customer feedback and complaints, and working with relevant teams to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.
- Working closely with internal departments and external agencies to ensure smooth execution of designated programs.
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify customer preferences and trends, and creating targeted marketing campaigns to increase sales and customer engagement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 2 years experience in CRM/ loyalty marketing
- Experience in loyalty program in retail/ automobile / luxury industry is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills and writing skills in English and Chinese
- Strong communications, multi-tasking, project management and problem solving skills
