Job Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, this role is held responsible for planning, organizing, developing and implementing the full spectrum of training, talent development mandates and initiatives.
  • Manage leadership & talent development projects for succession planning
  • Plan, organize, develop, deliver and review learning and development initiatives to enhance the employees competencies.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to identify training needs, formulate learning roadmap and methodology and implement talent development strategies
  • Source and liaise with external training vendors for facilitating development and delivery of outsourced training programs
  • Review, refine and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and measure business results
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned

Requirement:

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in managing various training & development programs (e.g. Management Trainee Program/ High-Potential Program) preferably in property /luxury retail / hospitality / industry
  • Able to master new knowledge, concepts and ideas quickly and facilitate knowledge sharing
  • High learning agility to innovate various learning touchpoints
  • Proactive, creative with great passion in training and development
  • Familiar with MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint with multi-media software skill preferred
  • Good command of both verbal and written English and Chinese
