Our Client is a world leading manufacturer and distributor of engineered construction products for the building, civil and power industries that is involved in several significant major projects in Hong Kong, including Tsing Yi Bridge, IFC, ICC, Convention Centre, etc.

They are searching for someone to advertise and sell Wastewater management products to existing and future clients in order to meet the sales target.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring sales targets/budget are met set by Company
  • Liaison with existing clients, such as government agencies, developers, architects, contractors, consultants, and property management businesses, to find and build new business prospects.
  • Organizing sales visits, preparing and delivering technical presentations to customers to explain products or services
  • Transferring customer technical requirements to an engineer for product design, followed by an analysis and assessment of the designed output to ensure its viability.
  • Providing pre-sales including handling customer enquiries, preparing tenders, proposals, quotations, following up on sample development
  • Placing purchase orders to match the items specified in client contracts and tracking order delivery from suppliers to customers or the company
  • Preparing monthly forecast reports and propose improvements
  • Providing post-sales support

  • Support customers payment

Requirement:

  • Degree holder in any related discipline

  • Experience in building materials sales and project sales experience is preferable

  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese.

  • Knowledge in AutoCAD is a plus.
