About the client:

Our client is a ICT enterprise with over 2000 employees across the globe. They are looking for HR Manager to join their C&B team.

As the successful candidate, you will be a key member of the HR team, work closely with experts from different areas in supporting global C&B initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of 7-8 for the C&B function for the company
  • Lead the C&B functions in the company with the support of the small team, to build up their C&B structure including Annual Salary Review, Bench-marking exercises, Job grading to Benefits review etc;
  • Work closely with insurance broker on insurance renewal
  • Review commission scheme
  • Ensure monthly payroll are processed in an accurate and timely manner;
  • Review and improve staff movement process included promotion, employment status changes and separation management;
  • Analyze compensation policies, government regulations and prevailing wage rates to develop competitive compensation plan;
  • Any ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources or any relevant disciplines.
  • Minimum 8 years of solid C&B experience in sizable companies
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word etc.
  • Well-versed in Labour Ordinance and other HR related ordinance.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently with high efficiency and accuracy.
  • Good command in both written and spoken English, Mandarin, and Chinese.
