About our client:

Our client is a Family Investment Office in Hong Kong.

It is a very attractive opportunity for Executive Secretary who will be responsible for managing the CEO's schedule, travel arrangements, and day-to-day administrative tasks, serving an English speaking CEO within the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO's calendar and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for the CEO as required
  • Handle personal/family matters
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth functioning of the CEO's office
  • Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Manage and maintain confidential files and records
  • Prepare expense reports and handle other administrative tasks as required
  • Provide support for special projects and events as needed

Requirement:

  • Bachelor degree holder in related discipline
  • Min 12 years' experience as secretary
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Superior organization and time management skills, with the ability to manage projects and changing priorities
  • Attention to details, fast pace, strong communication and organizations skills are must
