Backed by the expertise of their parent company, a leading Chinese technology conglomerate, our client is expanding its operation in the vibrant city of Hong Kong.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain effective communication channels and cooperative relationships with relevant government departments, to create a favorable business environment
- Based on the company's business and plans, establish a constructive and efficient government relations network, and develop a comprehensive communication mechanism with the government
- Responsible for writing government filing materials, following up on project implementation and acceptance, and assisting in communication, coordination, and reception with relevant government departments
- Promptly obtain relevant policy directives and regulations from the government, analyze the relevant policies, plans, and trends that have a significant impact on the company's development, and make reasonable deployments and responses, and undertake the writing of some external documents and materials
- Represent the company to participate in relevant public affairs activities, enhance the company's awareness and brand image at the government level, and integrate the company's internal resources to obtain policy advantages
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 5 years of related work experience, experience in independently operating inland enterprise technology, robotics and innovative projects in Hong Kong preferred
- Native Cantonese and fluent in Mandarin and English
- Good writing skills, proficient in document writing, with experience in government affairs
- Possess in-depth understanding of Hong Kong government policies and government departments, familiar with the functional departments and main work processes of the government
