Job Responsibility:
- Handle reception duties including greeting visitors and answering incoming phone calls in a professional and polite manner
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Coordinate the environmental cleanliness especially the reception area and meeting rooms
- Manage Conference Rooms Booking & Keep Updating the Booking System
- Providing various administrative supports
Requirement:
- Form 5 / HKDSE or above
- Minimum 2 years front desk or reception experience in sizeable firm
- Fluency in spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Excellent communication skills; ability to work with people at all levels
- Presentable, cheerful with professional telephone manner
- Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
