About the role:
Our client is seeking an Assistant HR Manager with experience in HR business partnering and policy writing to join the team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources management, with experience in HR business partnering, policy writing, and compliance.
The Assistant HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, providing HR guidance and support to employees and managers, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide HR guidance and support to employees and managers on a range of HR issues, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives
- Act as a key HR business partner to assigned business units, building relationships and providing strategic HR support to drive business outcomes
- Manage employee relations issues
- Manage the recruitment and selection process for assigned business units
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives, as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR management or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on HR business partnering and policy writing
- Strong writing skills
- Fluent in English and Cantonese
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
