About our client:

Our client is a well-established healthcare service company looking for an experienced Assistant Manager (Human Resources) to join their HR team. It is newly created headcount to support various new HR projects.

Job Description

  • Support groups HRIS revamp project
  • Identify system gaps and problems and provide solutions with the consultants
  • Ensure system customization and configuration of new HRIS are comply with the users requirement
  • Perform various tasks including but not limited to giving requirement, data preparation, UAT, liaison with consultants, user training and other related support for HR related projects
  • Assist in any ad hoc project assigned by superior

Requirement

  • Bachelors degree in Computing, Information Technology, Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum with 5 years of relevant work experience, particularly in HR transformation and system implementation, with Cloud implementation experience is an advantage
  • Experience in using SAP SuccessFactors and Peoplesoft is a must
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, be a self-starter and team player, with an analytical mind
  • Familiarize with HR practices and labour ordinance
  • Good command of written in English, fluent in Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Immediate available will be preferred
