Job Scope

• Act as a business advisory and lead the Strategy consulting team
• Provide change management advice, develop change management plans and implement change management activities
• Organized and delivered internal consulting training
• Support cross functional business partners with analytical insights and problem solving
• Align processes, resources-planning and functional goals with overall strategy
