Vice President, Product Management

About our client:

Our client is a global telecommunication firm looking for a Vice President, Product Management to join their growing consulting team.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with other departments and improve product documentation and processes, and continuously optimize product functions and processes (from ordering to invoicing) with the goal of improving internal efficiency and enhancing customer experience to meet the product sales
• Formulating product quality indicators, and following up the development and implementation of relevant indicators and tracking and optimization
• Review and monitor project result, network performance and KPI
• Managed all aspect of product management functions, from vendor management, product standardization to logistics formulation for entire delivery process

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above with related discipline with 10 years’ work experience gained from the telecommunications, IT, consultancy or other services industries with track records in business process planning
• A good understanding of the mobile telecommunications market and products/solutions
• Strong analytical, problem solving and excellent interpersonal and organization skills
• Result-oriented, self-motivated and able to cope with a fast pace, dynamic and global operated business environment
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluent Mandarin is an advantage
• Highly proficient in MS Office including PowerPoint, Excel, Word (including Chinese word processing) and other related digital applications
