Job Description:

• Coordinate logistics for our HR Wellness event, including scheduling appointments, managing equipment, and communicating with client and attendees.
• Use your creativity and marketing savvy to promote the event and make it an unforgettable experience for all participants.
• Update our marketing CRM system with client's information and follow-up communications.
• Assist with event planning, marketing, and promotion.
• Work with the client to develop and implement innovative wellness programs that help our client's employees feel great and perform at their best.
• Provide administrative support to the client, including scheduling meetings and maintaining records.

Requirements:

• Good command of written and spoken Mandarin, English, Cantonese required
• Good communication, presentation skill and team work player
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with an eye for detail and a knack for logistics.
• Creative, innovative, and willing to think outside the box to make our events and programs stand out.
• Year 4 student is welcomed to apply
