System Analyst / Analyst Programmer

About our client:

Our client is a renowned Telecommunication Corporation in Hong Kong. They are looking for a System Analyst / Analyst Programmer to join their fast and growing team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain application systems by performing user requirements collection; system analysis & design; system development, testing and implementation
• Conduct detailed system analysis, problem diagnosis, purpose, develop and implement IT solutions
• Prepare requirement specifications of IT solutions
• Maintain system documentation and IT solutions report

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of relevant IT experience
• Proficient in Java J2EE (Open JDK) and MS SQL Server
• Experience in Local LEA Intelligence System is highly regarded
• Experience in EGIS/GCIS PaaS, DBaaS, CaaS or Shared Services
• Experience in Government Projects is an advantage
