About our client:

Our client is a well-established and sizable telecommunications corporation with headquarter in Hong Kong and presence globally. To cope with their business expansion, they are currently looking for experienced Senior HR Officer/ Assistant Manager (C&B Reward) to drive the business growth.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Manager HK & overseas compensation & benefit projects, such as budgeting and forecasting, medical renewal, annual salary and bonus review, taxation etc
  • Collect market information/data for annual salary review and bonus pay reference
  • Drive C&B programs & initiatives through regular evaluating & analyzing of numbers and data
  • Work closely and liaise with department heads to propose ideas to enhance staff work performance, satisfaction and efficiency
  • Assist in reviewing and developing HR & C&B policies, guidelines and procedures, ensuring compliance to HK labour ordinance and other local regulations.
  • Maintain HRIS database and ensure all personnel records up-to-date and accurate.
  • Support ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above in Human Resources or any relevant disciplines.
  • Minimum 5 years of solid C&B experience in sizable companies. Some regional experience would be an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word etc.
  • knowledge in HR systems, such as Cityray HCM IHRPLUS is a plus
  • Well-versed in Labour Ordinance and other HR related ordinance.
  • Strong numerical sense and detail oriented.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently with high efficiency and accuracy.
  • Good command in both written and spoken English, Mandarin, and Chinese
