Our client is a fast-growing and innovative F&B Group that has numerous locations around Hong Kong looking for more talents to join their team.

You would be a wonderful fit for this position if you are a self-driven professional with exceptional culinary talents.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the group head chef to manage and supervise the daily activities of the outlet kitchen crew
  • Maintain food quality and presentation to ensure consistency of the finest culinary quality
  • Ensure that food is produced in compliance with food hygiene and safety requirements.
  • Train and develop the team to improve their culinary skills.

Requirement:

  • Minimum of 5 years experiences as Head Chef Role

  • Effective cost control and menu execution

  • Comprehensive knowledge from ingredients, equipment, suppliers and market trends
  • Works quickly and accurately during busy periods, such as weekends and Public Holidays
  • To be stationed on or off site

  • Assist on ad-hoc job duties as required
