About the Client

Our client is a well-established company that provides professional Hong Kong life service consultation and information guidance to clients from Mainland China.

The services include medical and health care, membership, real estate market, education and growth, insurance, immigration services and financial management, etc.

The group is consist of more than 25 subsidiaries. Their customers are located in more than 500 cities in Hong Kong and Mainland China. They are rapidly expanding in Hong Kong and looking for a General Manager to be part of the team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and implement the company's overall strategic direction, in line with the vision and goals set by the Board of Directors.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the management team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

2. Operations Management:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to clients.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement measures to optimize operational performance and achieve business objectives.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

3. Business Development:

  • Identify new business opportunities and drive the expansion of the company's services in Hong Kong and Mainland China.
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, industry associations, and service providers.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, and develop strategies to capitalize on market opportunities.

4. Financial Management:

  • Develop and manage the company's budget, ensuring financial sustainability and profitability.
  • Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and take corrective actions when necessary.
  • Implement effective cost control measures and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

5. Team Management:

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive work environment and a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Promote effective communication and collaboration across all levels of the organization

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a senior management role, preferably in a similar industry or related field.
  • Strong business acumen and a track record of driving business growth and profitability.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
