Our client is a highly successful, leading multinational product design and supply solutions provider based in Hong Kong. They collaborate closely with world-class global luxury brands and travel groups to design and deliver premium consumer products. To support their expanding global procurement and project team, they are currently looking for a high-caliber Junior Purchasing Officer / Assistant to join their Hong Kong office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support end-to-end purchasing, product development, and global procurement activities for lifestyle goods, cosmetics, and textile items.
• Coordinate daily vendor communications, negotiate pricing sheets, and monitor production schedules to ensure timely project delivery.
• Execute cost estimation, manage budget sheets, and maintain accurate records of purchase orders and shipping documents.
• Assist in sample development, quality verification, and tracking international logistics shipments.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Higher Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Supply Chain, Textiles, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Experience: 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in purchasing, sourcing, or merchandising. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are highly preferred and welcome to apply.
• Language Skills: Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) to communicate effectively with international clients and production facilities.
• Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, proactive, energetic, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
