Chief AI Officer (CAIO)

About Our Client:

A well-capitalized, Chinese-funded crypto startup backed by top-tier investors. Founded by finance and blockchain veterans, the company is building a comprehensive digital asset ecosystem and scaling globally. They are now seeking visionary C-suite leaders to join during this critical growth phase.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the enterprise-wide AI strategy and governance framework.
• Build data infrastructure and define company-wide metrics and KPIs.
• Embed AI into trading, compliance, fraud detection, and personalization systems.
• Lead experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, causal inference) to optimize outcomes.
• Define model risk management and AI governance standards.

Qualifications:

• Master's/PhD in AI, Data Science, or related quantitative field.
• 10+ years in data/AI roles, with 3+ years in senior leadership.
• Proven experience deploying production-grade AI/ML systems at scale.
• Expertise in deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and big data technologies.
• Familiarity with financial/crypto regulatory environments and AI ethics.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin highly preferred.
