About our client:

Our client is a renowned retail group looking for an independent and strategic C&B talent to join their growing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the C&B & HRIS function and facilitate collaboration and skills development among different teams.
  • Develop and implement Reward strategy within the Company.
  • Review, recommend and develop reward programs and related policies and procedures to ensure smooth implementation, evaluate program effectiveness on a regular basis.
  • Validate salary offers, increases to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness
  • Oversee Payroll processing & HR Operations
  • Responsible for the company staff cost budget in the annual planning exercise
  • As a team lead of HR digitization & transformation, take lead in the identification, analysis and implementation of optimising the HR systems for enhanced user experience with the objective of harmonisation, standardisation and streamlining the HR processes with automation

Requirements:

  • 14+ years solid C&B experience in sizable organisations.
  • Strong knowledge in employment ordinance, legislations and regulations in Hong Kong.
  • Numerically sensitive, good business acumen with an analytical mind; high proficiency in Excel.
  • Good leadership and project management skills, team players.
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese.
