About the Role
As an SEO Specialist at HR Plus, you will play a key role in driving organic traffic, improving search rankings, and enhancing our online presence across our website, career portals, and content platforms. You will work closely with the marketing, content, and digital teams to implement data-driven SEO strategies that support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits to identify opportunities
- Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and site structure for better search performance
- Build and manage high-quality backlink profiles through ethical link-building tactics
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and others
- Collaborate with content writers to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into blogs, articles, and landing pages
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices
- Implement local SEO strategies and track ROI of SEO initiatives
Qualifications & Requirements
- 1+ years of proven experience in SEO, preferably in a B2B or professional services environment
- Strong understanding of SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.)
- Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website architecture
- Experience with content optimization, internal linking strategies, and site speed optimization
- Familiarity with Google's core web vitals and mobile-first indexing
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
