About the Company

Our client is an Asia Pacific’s leading lifestyle-focused rental accommodation brand with number of living options in prime central city locations in Hong Kong. With the rapid expansion, they are looking for energetic team players to join their team in Hong Kong.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering and facilitating outstanding service to residents
  • Coordinating and executing community initiatives and events designed to develop resident relationships and help build both brand and property awareness in partnership with Operations team
  • Be the go-to person for residents and co-ordinate with on-property operations team to resolving resident issues with professionalism and patience
  • Reporting on resident suggestions with creative ideas to enhance living experience

Job Requirements:

  • Certificate holder or above in hospitality or related disciplines
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience in customer-facing setting
  • A great team player who is approachable, a good listener and empathetic
  • Shift duty is required (No Overnight Shift)
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered

Working Locations: Prince Edward / Olympic /Kai Tak /Hung Hom.
