Sales Manager (Shared Office, Co-working Space Leasing)

About the Opportunity

Our client is a premium, internationally recognized provider of flexible workspace solutions, premium serviced offices, and co-working spaces. With a strong presence across major business hubs in Asia, they cater to multinational corporations, growing businesses, and entrepreneurs looking for elite business addresses and world-class operational support.

They are currently seeking a high-caliber, business-driven Sales Manager to lead commercial growth and drive workplace excellence at their prime location in Hong Kong.

What You Will Do

• Drive Revenue & Sales: Proactively identify, nurture, and close sales leads for serviced offices, coworking spaces, and virtual business packages to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Client Relationship Management: Build strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients, enterprise tenants, and prospective business owners to drive retention and renewals.
• Centre Operations Excellence: Oversee the day-to-day community operations and service delivery of the Sheung Wan center, ensuring a seamless, premium experience for all members.
• Direct Reporting: Work closely with senior leadership, reporting directly to the General Manager to align local sales strategies with regional business goals.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably with direct exposure to the flexible workspace, coworking, serviced offices, or hospitality/real estate industries.
• Track Record: A proven track record in corporate B2B sales, account management, or business development.
• Attributes: A proactive, professional, and hospitable mindset with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
